Prenatal and Postnatal MFR
“MFR is different because it is very subtle and intuitive.”
“My body does not respond well to traditional massage, chiropractic adjustments, or PT. I often experience a ‘backlash’ from those modalities. MFR is different because it is very subtle and intuitive. Siri works with the body, helping it release where it is willing, not forcing anything. Receiving MFR has reduced my pelvic ligament pain in pregnancy.”

Prenatal MFR
During pregnancy, the body undergoes rapid change which can lead to pain, discomfort, digestive system issues, pelvic floor dysfunction, and difficulty breathing. MFR is an effective tool to address these concerns through gentle sustained touch which invites the body into its new version of balance.
MFR can also assist in creating the alignment in the pregnant body that allows the fetus to find its best positioning for birth. MFR can facilitate preparation of the body (and mind) for birthing and support ease in the process.
Postnatal MFR
Postpartum recovery varies widely from body to body, birth to birth. MFR is a powerful tool for recovery regardless of the type of birth and the birth experience. MFR can facilitate the resetting of the pelvis, the recovery of the pelvic floor, the healing of scars from tears or procedures, and reconnection with the core musculature.
Beyond the physical recovery from birth, MFR sessions are a safe container for the emotional processing of the birth experience. Every birth has a story and every story lives in our body, MFR provides a container for listening to this story through touch and presence and makes space for whatever emotions lie within.
“I get long term results with MFR.”
“I started MFR treatment with my second pregnancy to help my body with the extra weight. During my last two postpartum periods I have experienced bad lower back pain and MFR has helped significantly. After MFR treatment, I was able to lay flat on my back again without pain and able to walk more easily.
Since discovering Siri and MFR treatment, I haven't gone back to massage, while they are relaxing and may offer temporary relief, my experience is that I get long term results with MFR.”
