Myofascial Release therapy specializing in chronic pain, prenatal and postpartum bodies and pelvic health
Myofascial Release therapy (MFR) can transform long standing patterns of tension, pain and dysfunction. MFR is a gentle hands-on technique and does not push past where the body is ready to go.
Chronic pain in my hip, low back and heels has improved, I feel better overall.
"I've had fibromyalgia/chronic pain for many decades. Over the years, the one thing that seemed to make a big difference in the frequency and severity of my pain was exercise. I have tried many things that did not really help me (injections, cymbalta, gabapentin, massage, PT, pilates, yoga, etc.) I have some pain management tools that are helpful (vibration plate, cold packs, heating pads) but insufficient.
About 3 years ago, I started taking a hormone inhibitor for breast cancer; this made my regular daily pain much worse. Also, I started having flare ups (severe pain that causes nerves all over my body to vibrate). A friend of mine had been to Siri and thought the MFR treatment might help me.
Now that I've been getting regular MFR for 3 months, I have not had a "flare-up" in quite awhile . The frequency and severity of the sharp, stabbing (nerve) pain characteristic of fibromyalgia has decreased. Chronic pain in my hip, low back and heels has improved. I feel better overall."

It just feels so much better. Moves better. I am so grateful for MFR.
““I came to MFR because of a constant nag in my hip, at times it would keep me from being able to move how I wanted. I have done pilates for 25 years, I am an avid walker and recently started gyrotonics. I would go to chiropractor often but the hip issue would quickly return. I also go to a massage therapist.
I had heard from my Pilates instructor about her visit to MFR and the results that she received after one visit so it was a must try for me. Since I have started MFR treatment, my body feels so much better. My pilates instructor commented ‘your body moves so much better.’ It just feels so much better. Moves better. I am also grateful for MFR.
Everyone should try MFR. It brings such great things to our mental and physical well being. I learned so much about the fascial system……what an important part it plays in our body. It is truly amazing how it can help with all of the concerns that you may have. I will be a dedicated client of MFR!”
